How can I return the products I bought?

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to accept returns. Simply return the item(s) to us unworn, with all the original labels intact within 14 days of delivery.

You will need your order number and postcode or email to start your return. We offer a pre-paid returns label and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund. By choosing a pre-paid service through our returns portal you will be provided with a fully tracked return service back to our warehouse.

We aim to process returns within 10 days upon receiving them at our warehouse.

When will the refund of the product I returned / canceled?
The price of the returned product / products, from the moment the products reach our warehouse; The product is checked for compliance with the return conditions and returned to your credit card.

When will my order arrive?
We deliver the products you purchase to the contracted courier company within 24 hours from the date of the order. The delivery time of the products to you may vary depending on your country, city or district. It may take an average of 3 days for domestic shipments and 1 week for international shipments.

How can I cancel my order?

Do you have the option to pay at the door?
You can only make your payments by credit card, debit card and money order / eft at the stage of order creation.
