Delivery & Return

The total amount of cargo price changes relevant to quantity and destination country. You can see the amount of cargo price at the shopping cart screen or purchase screen by selecting the country.

We can make delivery within 2-7 business days via shipping companies which we have an agreement to addresses outside of Turkey.

You can use your credit card or bank card in abroad delivery payments. Total amount of your cart is calculated from Exchange rates at your order date.

Please note that, if you would like to return the ordered product/products which have abroad delivery address, the shipping fees will be customer’s responsibility.

If you would like to return the ordered product/products which has abroad delivery addresses "due to the product's own defect", the shipping fees will be ABACI’s responsibility.

If you ever want to return the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days after you have received it (For evening dresses, this period is limited to 24 hours). The products that you would like to return must have undamaged package and must be unused, undamaged because of any usage error and resalable. For the product which you would like to return you must send its original box and packaging with all of its sent accessories at ABACI. Also you must send the return form that is on the back of your invoice by filling it completely and signing it. (In accordance with Turkish Tax Law No. 385, the return form must be completely fill in and sign for the realization of your return process.)

It is not allowed to return of the products which are disposable and spoiled fast or near their expiration date. Cosmetics and personal care products, evening dresses, underwear products, swimwear, books, copied software products and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes with stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can be returned if they are unused, untested, intact and their packaging is unopened.

Please attention! The causes such as customs procedures, natural disasters, strikes, missing transport etc. are outside the scope of the specified time.

In rare cases the packages that are sent abroad have probability to be subject to customs duty in the country which they sent. In this case customs officers will contact with you and inform you about introductions for retrieving your package. Customs fees can be change according to your order and country. If the sent products are stuck in customs, has no responsibility for this; in this case all the responsibility belongs to the customer.
